Collect Coupons.  First, you’re going to needs coupons.  These can be cut from newspapers and flyers.  They can also be found on grocery store shelves.  Next time you’re in the store, walk up and down the aisles, looking for coupons.  You might be amazed at how many are sitting right there.  You can also get coupons online by visiting coupon sites that will mail the coupons right to you, as well as by visiting manufacturer websites and printing off the coupons they offer.

Scan the Flyers.  Each week, when a new batch of store flyers arrives, I go through them with a highlighter and mark any product that I use regularly that’s on sale.  These will be the products I’ll target this week.

Go Shopping.  With my coupons and my shopping list, I visit the stores in my area and stock up on the items I want that are sale and for which I have coupons.  I buy as many products as I have coupons for and enough to last me until the next sale.

My goal is to not have to pay regular price for the items that are frequently placed on sale.  For example, if there’s a good price on laundry detergent and I have enough coupons, I’ll buy enough to last me several months.  This way, I don’t have to buy any laundry detergent at a higher price.

This process takes time but eventually you’ll have a pantry stocked with items that cost considerably less than most people pay for them.  With the cost of so many items going up all this time, this is a great way to save money and keep your family well-fed.

We can switch off the fans and lights when it is not required, we can do some handy work at home instead of giving outside like washing, ironing and stitching of cloths. By doing such things we can save money, for cultivating saving habit we should ready to work, we can do some part time work on computer by doing some data entry work or some clerical work by taking outsourcing etc.

Students should participate in part time jobs for fullfilling their requirements, they should get experience while spending the own earned money and how to save out of it, they should learn to curtail unnecessary expenditure like visiting bars and pubs, movies etc., these are all requirements but they can minimize and control spending on this

When a business close downs, people lose their jobs. When people lose their jobs, it affects their lifestyle. They start to focus on their needs and set aside their wants. This action affects the businesses around them. The fewer purchases in return, affect the stores.

Job loss greatly affects the individual. It is not that easy to give up the life you had for a very long time. Imagine those who lost their houses to foreclosure because they can no longer afford the mortgage. How difficult it must be for them to leave the house they called home for quite some time.

When you lose your job, it is all right to feel miserable for a while. However, you should not let this emotion last for long. You should get up, check the employment resources, and start looking for a new job. If you hold on to your misery longer, it will consume you.

There are plenty of opportunities out there; all you need is to look. Some do not even require you to go out of your house to find them. Today’s technology has allowed people to look for job at the comfort of their homes. All you need is to key in the information in the search engine online, and you will have a list of opportunities.

Before you begin your search, you must make your resume attractive. Keep in mind that there are many competitions out there. Check the following guidelines to give you the edge:

1.    When was the last time you updated your qualifications in your resume? Now is the best time to look at it again and make the necessary changes. Include the trainings you recently had. Indicate your skills and traits. Make sure that you make it eye-friendly. You want to impress your future employers without straining their eyes.

2.    Before you submit your resume, make sure that you understand the job and you qualify. Take note of the announcements that suit your qualifications so that when they contact you, you will recall the organization right away. What most people do when they conduct their job search is that they send out their resume immediately, when companies call, they will not even remember the position they applied for, which should not be the case. Take note of the position, the nature of business, and the contact details of the company.

3.    Make sure that you only apply for the positions and the job that you know you can handle. This way, you will be sure that any call you will get will be for a job that suits you. When unemployed, most people would feel that any job would do. However, you should not think this way. You might find a job but this might lead to further frustrations. This way, you will have the chance to choose where you will work next. This is also a way to boost your morale.

5.    Feel confident about yourself and with what you can do. Do not think about how you lost your previous job since it is already a closed chapter of your life. Take this as a new beginning to prove yourself once again. There is life after losing your job, so do not let it get the best of you. Aside from looking for another job, take this as a time to try new things.The possibility with what you can do next is all up to you.  Instead of feeling sorry about losing the job you had for a long time, think of the new possibilities in store for you.

The technology today does not only allow you to look for jobs easily, it also gives you the chance to start your own business. You can market your products online and your target market is broader as well. It allows you to express your creativity through designing your web page.

You can also work at home through online jobs. Verify with some of the employment services sites if there are available home base job for you. This gives you the chance to do multiple works at the same time. You can manage your online store while working for another job online job.

If working at home does not appeal to you, how about relocating to another city. You can explore another place if you work at another location. This is a great start for you as well. A new job in a new city may just do you good. Make sure that your family approves of it so that you will not argue about your decision.

You can also start a business with your family. Talk to your spouse and your children, they may give you a great idea of how to get through the job loss. This will bring your family closer too.
Even with the current financial condition of the country today, you can still find new career opportunities. So do not fret if you lose your job. Update your resume and seek for new ones. Do not let the experience rule you for long.
